While the interactions between molecules or the intermolecular attractions amount of heat is released, as the freezing is a process in which molecules undergoes from higher concentration to lower concentration...so that it also happens in exothermic reaction. Hence, freezing is an exothermic process

hope it helps

Answer:Freezing is exothermic

Explanation:

In freezing, as ∆H < 0, enthalpy decreases..

Hence phase transition of liquid to solid is exothermic
