frying pan Is made up of aluminum as aluminium is a good conductor of heat which helps in cooking the food and the handle is made up of plastic or wood as it is not a good conductor of heat which helps us to not burn our hands while cooking

Frying pan is made of metal because matal is a good conductor of heat that helps the fry the dush easily but if the handle is also made of metal then we cannot handle it in a nice way. Handles are made of plastic because plastic is a bad conductor of heat and qe can hand it easily.
