Why is gender equality not possible in india at all?

no it can be possible in India if both male and female do their work with determination and without any interference and helping each other in their works thinking brothers and sisters this is I told what the understanding must come between male and female .but we can't do any thing to the society if we can do then achieve great goals and show your potentiality this can keep you out from gender inequality but people are still in their old religious customs .so if you do yours perfectly then all the problems In the society will manage. nice question
