Mill argues that each person desires his own happiness. It is required by all that happiness is good, that each person's happiness is a good to that person and the general happiness, therefore a good to the aggregate of all persons.

Answer:
in individual happiness we are just happy with our self...
we just enjoy our self ...we have nine to inspire us or praise us....
but in general happiness when all are happy we get a real enjoyment.....
we get a peace from mind...
so general happiness is much better than individual happiness
