why is helium preferred over hydrogen to fill balloons and airships ?​

✔✔helium is lighter in wait it is easily lift over the airships.

✔✔Its cost is less as compared to hydrogen

✔✔When it came in contact with air it does not burn like hydrogen burn as a bomb.

✔✔It is a noble gas which is not reactive

Both hydrogen and helium are gases which are lighter than air, but helium is a noble gas which is is not reactive so the prefer to use helium than hydrogen in balloons and airships
