Answer:

Ice at 273 K is more effective than water at the same temperature because ice has less energy than the water at the same temperature as ice has lost latent heat of fusion also therefore, it is more effective than water at the same temperature.

Answer:

PLS MARK AS BRAINLIEST AND LEAVE A THANKS IF IT IS USEFUL !!!

Latent heat .

Explanation:

Ice has absorbed the latent heat of fusion in order to convert into water .

Now , water has this extra heat , so if ice needs 200 J (SUPPOSE) ,

then it also needs that extra latent heat for converting states when absorbing heat , but water already absorbed it .

SO , ICE NEEDS MORE HEAT SO IT ABSORBS HEAT AT A FASTER RATE .

Thus , ice is better at cooling that water at 273 K.
