Why is ice at 273K more effective in cooling than water at the same temperature?

Because 273K means 0 degree Celsius. And as we know at 0 C ice is more cooler than water
K = C + 273
273 = C + 273
Therefore, C = 0

Ice at 273 K has less energy as compared to water at the same temperature due to the latent heat of fusion and therefore ice is more effective in cooling than water at the same temperature.
