India is very large in its size and it is big part of asian continent.

India was called a subcontinent till 1947 because at that time two nations are living there one was the muslims and the other was the hindus.These two nations are entirely different from each other.So on the basis of two nation theory subcontinent was divided and now there are two countries India and Pakistan
