because tablets take more time to be digested which may also lead to the death of a person injctins acts instantly therefore insulin is given only in the form of injection
and if we give it in the form of tablets the time when it gets digested the person may also die
Insulin is a hormone (protein) which is highly instable and get denatured very easily. If it is taken orally it will be destroyed by various enzymes in the alimentary canal and denatured by temperature and the acid in our stomach before assimilation. Insulin will then not reach its destination and reduce blood sugar.
Injection of insulin in the blood path on the other hand ensures the breakdown of excess sugar in blood thereby reducing the diabetic condition immediately

For persons with a small of blood sugar level, taking oral medicine is possible. Many persons do take tablets after having meals to control the sugar (sucrose) level. This control is done by the enzyme insulin.
For persons with high blood sugar levels and for those whose bodies (pancreas in the lower abdomen) are unable to produce insulin in even small quantities, it is required to give insulin in the form of injections. That is a quicker way of introducing insulin into the blood. Otherwise for such serious patients it will be risky and dangerous to use only oral medication.
