why is it advisable to use pressure cooker at higher altitudes

By cookingunder pressure you are in effect increasing the atmospheric pressure and therefore, increasing the boiling temperature of water.the food will cook faster and y can save  energy

Hey...

At higher altitudes with decrease in temperature the pressure also decreases so to make the food easily pressure cooker is required to provide sufficient pressure to food..
