soft drinks on an empty stomach might cause a bloated stomach , or worse .
it's not good to drink soft drinks on an empty stomach , soft drinks are also known as carbonated drinks because they're fizzy and fizziness comes from the carbon dioxide within the drink .
your stomach excrete acid to help digest your food , nd in the event there is no food in your stomach , you are just introducing additional acid into ur digestive system which might just cause acid burns within ur stomach,leading to stomach cramps or pain .
