Answer:Hey

People who don't have much earnings and who can barely fill the stomach of their family once in a day couldn't afford the expenses of the school. They are also not aware of the fruits of literary they would get after making their children educated.

They could not earn much so most of the family members even a 7 year old child is put to work.

India was previously a country where education was just provided to children of kings and respected people of villages, therefore poor people grom olden times cannot send their children to stud which has now resulted in the rise of today's worst situation .

Also surveys say that 20% children don't want to study as they couldn't understand what is taught in schools or due to some different fears.

Talking about health India didn't have any clean habits since Britishers ruled here therefore traditions followed until now.

The most dirtiest thing is I don't know why people leave their cows on roads. This is the biggest menace India is facing.

Improper disposal of waste, wasting waster, unclean habits etc. are the factors which happen to lack India in it's evey aspect.
