Why is it difficult to stand still in a bus moving with variable velocity??

The simple answer for this question is............
Here its.....------>>>>>>>>>

"INERTIA"
-------------
-------------

INERTIA IS THE TENDENCY OF ANY PHYSICAL OBJECT TO NOT TO CHANGE ITS STATE OF MOTION.

Eveey object has this tendency called inertia which resist the change in its motion.This involves change in velocity ,direction ,etc..
i.e ,objects in rest tend to remain in rest and an object travelling in straight line to continue motion in straight line itself in uniform velocity.

It is explained in Newton's first law of motion which is also known as law of inertia.lt states :
"AN OBJECT AT REST STAYS AT REST AND AN OBJECT IN MOTION STAYS IN MOTION WITH THE SAME SPEED AND IN SAME DIRECTION UNLESS AN EXTERNAL FORCE IS ACTED UPON IT"

So from all these provided info ,hope u r convinced why it is difficult to stand in bus moving with varying velocity.When velocity of bus varies there would b resistance of inertia which make your state of rest -standing in bus disturbed.Thus u cant stand still.

HOPE IT HELPS

Its due to inertia of motion,rest and direction.
