why is it difficult to write on a very smooth paper

it is very difficult to write on a smooth surface bcoz of less or no friction in it n due to dis only the pencil lid falls to get a contact on the surface of the smooth paper/surface n that's why we are unable to write on smooth paper/ surface.

in an smooth surface their will be less friction and more slipre surface so there we would face problem to write
