Why is it easier to get living donors for kidneys as compared to other organs?

because after donating kidney you won't be facing much issues as comparative to other organs. it is safe and does not carry much risks

see as on basis of my view I think that kidney is in good condition of an mature person and due to availability of two kidneys it is easy to donate and the donor is also paid good for it .
But other organs are less in amount and we cannot survive without them. But having one kidney can let you survive.
