it is easier to get metal from their oxides rather than a from of carbonate or sulphide ore because we can easily as well as directly remove the oxides by heating them by coke(coal) and they will easily removed whereas when we talk about carbonate and sulphides then there is a long process of calcination and roasting

Metal oxides can be easily reduced yo their corresponding metals either by heating or by treating with suitable reducing agent.
That's why sulphide ores are roasted and carbonate ores are calcinated to form their corresponding oxides.
