A concrete road is much smoother than uneven and rough road......

So,

Friction on concrete road is less as compared to a rough road....

There is no any hardles on concrete street..
but on rough strrt there are so many hardles..

sometimes we can't concentrate our mind on bicycle when we ride on rough road..
hence..
it is easier to ride a bicycle on a concrete road than on rough road..
