why is it easier to walk on soft and if we have a flat shoe rather than the shoe with sharp heels

as area decreases pressure increases.so when it is a soft and flat shoe the pressure is lower as compared to the other on our legs and the ground

because the shoe with a sharp heel will increase the pressure in comparison to non heel sandal... because area and presure are inversely proportional
