A newspaper is widely distributed and printed, easy to fold, and cold to the eyes, design mainly to print texts and costs cheaper. A glossy papers oftentimes are used in commercial ads, photos and some expensive magazines. It is altogether fitted to print pictures, illustrations and photos and presentations, and the main objective is to catch the eye of the viewers. In short, it is not intended to print text. It costs relatively higher than the newspaper.
In terms of distribution to the public, newspapers are anywhere, and so the readers are compared to glossy papers.
