Why is it important for us to improve our weaving sector instead of exporting yarn in large quantities?

India does not supply high quality yarn as it cannot make use of yarn produced.

I am explaining in simple words.
1-- we should focus on weaving sector so that we can export manufactured goods with high value rather than to export raw materials of low costs.
2-- weaving sector is one of the sector which is pollution free and can be set up in any area and can generate huge quantity of employment which will boost up the Indian economy.
3-- Exporting large quantities of yarn would reduce the weaving sector which is a major factor of foreign exchange.

so , we need to encourage weaving sector instead of exporting yarn.Our country is a developing country with factory being setting up and it need raw materials to function well and to flourish.
