It is necessary in a democracy to provide rights to its citizens so that the government can rule within the Limits set by constitutional law and citizens'rights.

These rights can help a person to live a happy life and to feel secure in his /her country.

When his /her rights are being abolished in any case then he /she can approach courts for justice.
