It is necessary to excrete waste products to prevent accumulation of toxic substances in our body.

Explanation:

1. Excretion is the process in which the harmful or the toxic substances are removed from our body. In vertebrates, excretion may occur through skin, lungs and kidneys. In human beings, excretion is done by kidney.

2. Excretion is a very essential process in all living organisms. If an organism does not excrete waste products, the toxic and waste substances may get accumulated in the body which may lead to damage of body cells.

3. Also, if waste products are not excreted, the accumulation of toxic substances may cause poisoning in our body leading to death.

4. Excretion is necessary in animals as it helps in maintaining homeostasis of our body. Some names of excretory products includes: Urea, salt, uric acid, etc.

5. In humans, kidneys helps in excretion. The nephrons of the kidneys helps in filtering the blood and excrete out all the toxic substances from our body in the form of urine. Lungs also helps in excretion by removing carbon dioxide from our blood.

Therefore, it is necessary to excrete waste products from our body.
