 hey here's ur answer
____________________________

Osmotic
pressure has to do with the solute that the blood carries. If the concentration in blood is higher than in the surrounding tissue
             then the
osmotic concentration will cause water to move from the tissues to the blood, while if the concentration of the blood is lower than the surrounding tissues, then water will move from blood to tissues
