Why is it not possible to demonstrate respiration in green plant kept in sunlight?

as they make their food in the day time so that it can be consumed in the night by them when their is no sunlight. sunlight is the main source without it they cannot make thier food and after making the food they store the food and consume it in the night in the same way we do taking dinner and that is used by our body for doing cellular activity at night.

respiration in green plants generally occurs during night time as photosynthesis takes place during day time.thus it is not possible to demonstrate respiration in green plants kept in sunlight(during day time).
