Answer:

The earth is not hollow, and even the deepest caves only go a bit over a mile at most into the earth. The deepest mines are just over two miles deep, so that’s about as deep into the earth as a human can get. If you consider a hole too narrow for a human to be ‘going inside the earth’, you can get a bit deeper, but not really THAT much deeper. The deepest holes we can drill are limited by the molten nature of the earth: the deeper you drill a hole, the higher the temperature becomes, the softer the rock becomes, and the higher the pressure that would squeeze any hole closed becomes. In practice, this means drilling deeper than several miles is really hard, and the record is about seven and a half miles.

Explanation:

Humans have not been able to travel more than a few miles beneath Earth's surface because of the intense heat and pressure. For the same reasons, humans have not been able to travel into the mantle. Temperatures in the mantle range from 1600 degrees Fahrenheit at the top to 4000 degrees Fahrenheit near the bottom.
