Why is it said that rights acquire meaning only in society? PLS IT IS URGENT!!!!!!!!

We all want to live in a society but don't want any one to dictate us. For this we require other people to behave in such a way that don't harm us and in return we should behave in way that don't harm others. Society makes certain rules to regulate this conduct.
