Communicating helps people to express their ideas and feelings, and it, at the same time, helps us to understand emotion and thoughts of the others. As a result, we will develop affection or hatred toward other people, and positive or negative relationships will be created.

Yes it is very important to communicate with people. When we talk to people we get many ideas, knowledge about the things that we didn't knew etc. Also we get to know different ways each person talks and it also helps us to correct our way of talking too. We also can understand a person only if we communicate with them. Like a famous quote says "we cannot judge a book by its cover" This same goes for this also.
