Why is it very difficult to predict weather while it is easy to predict climate?

This is because weather is for a short period of time. It can change at any day. For an instance, we say that today is sunny or windy.

Whereas the climate prevails over a place for a long period of time. It does not change readily. For example, Jammu and Kashmir is cold and snowy throughout the year.
