Its one day os about 9.8 earth hours.Jupiter is called vacuum cleaner because it is the most massive planet in the system and its gravity has served in a lot of comets,asteroids and meteors that might have gone in closer to the sun and struck earth. Jupiter is known as the vaccum cleaner, as it can eat up any comet or asteroid that ventures near it
