milk contains protein, water, fat when this product come together it becomes milk.
hence it is a mixture.

Milk is actually a Mixture of Water, Fat, Proteins, etc..When a Scientist says that Something is Pure, it means that all the constituent particles of that substance are the same in their Chemical Nature. It's not applicable in the Case of Milk...So, we consider Milk to be a Mixture....
