In cool atmosphere the growth of this bacteria is comparily slower than in warm atmosphere. So, therefore, when milk is not kept inside the refrigerator in summers the growth of lacto bacillus is at full speed. Its not possible to retain the same quality of food. That's why milk is stored in fridge during summer.
