⭐HELLO FRIEND. \(◕◡◕)/
⭐I LOVE TO ANSWER THIS TYPE OF QÚESTIONS. (◠﹏◠)

⭐See there are two reasons behind this, one is logical and one is scientifical

✓ lets go through logical one first...

⭐(1) A child cannot have permanent teeths as they r very notorious and they don't know about the things that what is eatable and whats not....they often fall while playing.....think if they by mistake broke down there teeth than, they will never have it again.

✓ Now with science....

⭐(2) As we can notice that child have a small jaw.....what does it mean??
it means that it can not hold those tough and rigid premolars or molars.....so when they are in developing stage they have temporary tooth and get parmanent tooth later.

⭐I HOPE YOU GOT YOUR ANSWER.(~˘▾˘)~
