Answer:Since minerals are heavy ,location of mining industry near mines is economical and feasible.it reduces cost of transportation.

minerals have climatic constraints,as some might be highly reactive.

Textiles industries are away from cotton cultivated areas ,as it is light in weight ,so less transportation cost.
