Mr. Purcell's large glasses magnified his eyes so it gave him the appearance of an Owl.

Extra Information about the lesson :-

Mr. Purcell was running a pet shop. Mr Purcell was a small , fussy man who had tight, melon stomach. He sold both animals and birds. He also sold fish food and  bird seed. He prescribed medicines for them. One evening, A stranger arrived to Mr. Purcell's shop. He was wearing a cheap, ill-fitting but new. He had a shuttling glance and close chopped hair. Mr Purcell asked the stranger what he wanted and he said " I want something in a cage." There was small conversation on what it was. The Mr. Purcell came to know it was a bird. Then they were discussing about the price. The last rate was 5 dollars. After that Mr.Purcell was giving the advice on what to do give to eat etc. But the stranger did not listen too them. After coming out of the shop he freely let the birds out of the cage.
