Mumbai is known as the city of Dreams because Mumbai is a well developed city and it has all the facilities that a poor man have all the middle class people can enjoy all the rights so bye thanks you so Mumbai act as a medium City for all the class people so it is the dream of the all the people

Mumbai is called a dream city bcoz when the labourers (or any needy person) didn't find any job there that is in  their own town so they migrated to Mumbai in search of jobs as many industries / companies (huge or small)  were set up there . . ....this proved very good for needy people so they called it dream city as  it fulfilled their needs
as well as many film makers , actors also rush to Mumbai where they can show their talent ......they had a golden chance there
main thing is that where one can find their suitable job, shelter and everything to survive in this city, hence this place prove to be  everyone's dream city. if a person is dedicated to achieve something in their life...their dream come true here only.
