Because the tax collected helps in the development of the country and fulfil demands of the public. It is our pleasure to pay our tax in time as an active citizen.

We should pay taxes to government because the money paid as tax is used for following →
♦ Construction of public places like parks , Temple , parking zones etc.
♦ For construction of buildings which provide public facilities like Hospital , Schools etc.
♦ Roads and many government resources require money for construction which comes from taxes.
♦ When we pax taxes , we also ensure someone's salary who works for government or country like Army men , who protect our country from enemies 24/7.
♦ Money paid as taxes is also used for development of various sectors like education , defense and health etc.
♦ Taxes are also used for betterment of Indian Railway Service and other services provided by government.
♦ Taxes are also used for welfare of Farmers and betterment of rural areas.
So we should pay taxes as an active citizen of India for welfare of our own country ☺.
