the Newton first law of motion suggest that
'a body remain in rest and a body remain in motion until a external force is act on it'
and the inertia is the tendency of a object by which it remains in the position of rest or maybe in motion or it oppose the force which is acted on it until it change its state from rest tootion or from motion to rest
from the above conclusion we can say that the
Newton's first law of motion is based on the concept of inertia that's why it is called as law of inertia
