Why is osmotic pressure preferred for finding molar mass of macromolecules?

Because
1- it can be easily measured at room at which biomolecules remains in orginal state.
2- it's magnitude is higher even for a very dillute solution as it concerned with molarity
3-it is also envolved with no temp. change,so there is no chance of change in nature of bio molecule.
