The Oxygen and hydrogen mixture leades to used in to process the factory materials.
Because this flame becomes neutral and flame increases temperature. As both are combustible gases and helps to combustion. Therefore, it also used for cutting and welding.

Oxyhydrogen is a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen gases. The gaseous mixture is used for torches to process refractory materials and is used for welding. An oxyhydrogen torch is an oxy-gas torch which burns hydrogen(fuel) with oxygen (oxidizer). It is used for cutting and welding metal, glass and thermoplastics.
