Reason for using parallel Conn in houses:

When appliances are connected in a parallel arrangement, each of them can be put on and off independently. This is a feature that is essential in a house's wiring.

. if the appliances were wired in series, the potential difference across each appliance would vary depending on the resistance of the appliance.

Advantages :

When you turn on one gadget, you don't necessarily want to turn on all the others.

If one component fails, the other components will also not work vs. a parallel circuit arrangement that allows electricity to flow through more than one path – if one component fails, the others won't be affected.

Most appliances require at least 110 volts of electricity.

I hope it helps u

Answer:

if this question comes in paper and you want to score full marks in that answer then write it to answer I have given to you

Explanation:

Ans. In parallel arrangement, total resistance of the circuit is less than arithmetic sum of resistors in the wiring. This helps in reducing the load on the wiring. In parallel arrangement, each appliance can have its independent switch. Fault in one section is not going to affect any other section. These advantages make parallel arrangement ideal of

domestic wiring.
