Area with High Per capita incomes are supposed to give better livelihood & job Opportunists .  But mostly in developed nation Income Gap Between Rich & Middle/ poor class is considerably less. While in developing Countries its far high & Wealth is accumulated with high class only. The Difference between rich & middle/poor class actually defines quality of living in country..
