BECAUSE THEY STORE WATER, MINERALS , PROTEINS . PLANTS NEED MORE WATER AND MINERALS AND THEY STORE LARGE OF IT IN THE VACUOLES . THEY HELP IN MAINTAINING THE OSMOTIC PRESSURE IN THE CELL. THE LYSOSOMES ARE PRESENT IN THE VACUOLES OF THE PLANT . ALL THEIR WASTES IS STORED IN THE VACUOLES .

as plant require more rigidity and turgidity and also they can't locomote so they can't consume all nutrients together so require target vacoules . their vacoules are filled with cell sap , waste ,material carbohydrates, and protiens(amino acids).
