In budding, the offspring grows as a bud from parent's body(as an outgrowth) and when it is mature enough, it detaches itself and survives independently
its a cell division at some part of parent organisms ..the bud grows ..nd after maturation it falls off as a new individual

In budding the a small bud is formed on the body of adult cell and it get separated later. The cell is not devided its replica is formed. Cell devides during binary or multiple fission.
