Why is quartz clock more accurate than pendulum clock?

In a pendulum clock their can be difference in the readings due to the temp variation
As the temp increases, the length increases and hence the time period increases
T = 2π√(l/g) ======> T directly proportional to length
l = l(1+α∆t) =======> l directly proportional to t(temp)
In a quartz clock the vibrations of the quartz is used to measure the time which does not change with change in temp
