Why is rain the purest form of water?

No it's not pure It contains many impurities

rohit274: the rain you all are talking about is called acid rain as it contains nitric acid and sulphuric acid but rain is purest form of water

water comes from underground or ocean or river.it contains many impurities like dust, soil ,mud , bacteria etc. but the rain forms by water vapour which is pure. this is why rain is more pure than water..
