why is resistance maximum in series combination and minimum in parallel combination?if any genius will answer it​

Answer:

In series combination of resistance, resistors aid up and opposes the current. In parallel combination, equivalent resistance will be less therefore current drawn will be maximum. For maximum current, resistance should be as small as possible that is achieved by parallel combination.

Explanation:

when a number of resistance are connected in series, then the same current flows through each resistance (which is equal to the current flowing in the whole circuit )

when number of resistance connected in parallel are joined to the two terminal of a battery , then different amount of current flow through each resistance (which depend on value of resistance )
