☆ Hey Friend ☆

Here is your answer dear-------

First of all we have to know what the exothermic reaction is?
It is the chemical reaction, from which a large amount of heat or energy is evolving out. These kinds of reactions are known as Exothermic reactions.

☆And respiration is known as exothermic reaction because in this reaction oxidation of food is take place and large amount of energy is released out for the biological life processes.
