why is respiration differ from breathing

Breathing involves the process of inhaling and exhaling the air in and out of lungs. While breathing, oxygen is inhaled and carbon dioxide is exhaled. Respiration is the process of the breaking down the glucose to produce energy which is used by cells to carry out the cellular function.

respiration is the process in which we take oxygen rich air and leave out carbon dioxide but breathing is just for sake of purpose of taking breath. Hope helpful plz mark as brain list
