Poor children never know how the rich lead their lives..The poems of Shakespeare are always related to the higher section of the society..These little things bring up the heat in these helpless children to live like the rich..Therby indulging in crime.

Answer:

Poem = An Elementary school Classroom in a slum

Poet = Stephen Spender

Class = 12th

Book = Flamingo

Shakespeare represents good literature that uplifts a person's soul. The narrator describes him as wicked because he describes a world of kings and noblemen which the slum children can aspire but can never reach. They only know the suffering aspect of life and they are far away from luxuries and tantrums of life.
