Why is Si system of units called rational system of units?

The fundamental units of mass, length and time are kilogram, meter and second respectively.
we also havesome quantities present which is not discuss in my definition at here
Rational System Of Units: The rational system of units is one in which one physical quantity is assigned only one unit
so in SI unit we fix the measurement quantities in kg, m, sec
so sometimes SI unit called Rational system of units
